Individual Sound Bath & Group Baths

Booking and Payment:

All sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full prior to your appointment. Payment must be made on my website.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a full session fee charge.

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments. No late arrivals for group Soundbaths.

Session Conduct:

Please refrain from using electronic devices or engaging in activities that may disrupt the therapeutic atmosphere during the session. Mutual respect and cooperation are essential to ensure a positive and effective experience.

For Group Soundbaths, I kindly ask that you bring your own yoga mat, blanket and eye pillow to enhance your comfort and relaxation during the session.

Confidentiality:

All information shared during the session will be held in the strictest confidence. Your privacy and personal details will be protected in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Health and Safety:

It is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your participation. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if health or safety concerns arise.

Results and Expectations:

While sound therapy can have profound effects on physical, emotional, and mental well-being, individual results may vary. The therapist cannot guarantee specific outcomes from the session.

Feedback and Communication:

Your feedback is valued and encouraged. Please share your experience and any concerns you may have before, during, or after the session.

Termination of Services:

The therapist reserves the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these terms and conditions or if deemed necessary for the well-being of either party.
