1:1 Sound Therapy Sessions

  • Session 1

    Grounding & Introduction

    Duration: - 1.5hr

    Intake / Goal setting.

    Breathwork or guided body scan.

    Use of grounding instruments (Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Bowls Crystal Pyramids and Nada Massage (bowls on the body) these will be agreed together.

    Gentle therapeutic percussion.

    Rest period for integration.

    A breathwork task to work on in between the next session.

  • Session 2

    Emotional Clearing & Energy Flow

    Duration: - 1hr

    Identify and release energetic / emotional tension from the 1st session.

    Goals:
    Improve inner awareness.

    40 min personalised soundbath.

    Discussion and intersessional breathwork task given ahead of next session.

  • Session 3

    Alignment & Activation

    Duration: - 1hr

    Goals:
    Restore alignment across mind, body, and spirit.

    Deepen meditative or altered states.

    Intersessional task.

  • Session 4

    Integration & Intention Setting

    Duration: - 1.5hr

    Focus: Integration, empowerment, closing the cycle.

    Goals:
    Solidify the energetic and emotional work done.

    Reflect on personal transformation.

    Anchor new intention.

    Closing conversation/reflection.

    Tools will be recommended for ongoing support.
