I work with Sound and have completed a Sound Practitioner diploma with The British Academy of Sound Therapy. I have also completed Level 1 Breathwork Mastery with Jamie Clements, James Dowler & Satori Clarke. I live with my husband and three children. My passion for music, theatre, reading, the arts and world around us fuels my creativity and connection to life. Having suffered from anxiety on and off throughout my life, I experienced moments when it felt overwhelming. However, practising yoga, meditation including Sekhem with Maya Ris and breathwork (currently studying with Breathwork Mastery to Level 2) has been life-changing; they opened my eyes to the strength I could cultivate both mentally and physically.

During these practices, I found the stillness I needed most. It was through this that I stumbled upon sound, which greatly improved my ability to manage what life threw at me. What I value most are kindness, harmony, and compassion. In a world where everything can feel chaotic, it is my passion to help others find a calm space within themselves.

Through sound, breath and energy healing, I aim to empower individuals to unlock their inner peace and discover the tools they already possess to create balance in their lives. I plan on continuing to deepen my knowledge of the science of sound & breath by attending retreats and workshops for sound & breath facilitators.

WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?

Sound healing uses carefully tuned frequencies, instruments, and breath to help restore emotional, physical, and energetic balance. Through guided sessions, you are invited to enter a deeply meditative state where healing and release can naturally occur.

Whether you’re new to sound therapy or returning to deepen your practice, each session is a safe, supportive space for rest and renewal.
